Unfortunately, there is no way we can credit an account with points from previous purchases or actions; all points start accumulating as of 9/28/2022. We understand that it may be frustrating you don't get credited for past purchases, reviews or referrals but that is because the reward program is new and can only track purchases, reviews, or referrals starting on September 28,2022.
