Where is my order?

Please refer to the tracking link provided in your email or visit https://cbddoghealth.com/track-shipment/ for the most up to date tracking information. Sometimes your tracking email ends up in your junk or spam folder, so please check there if you're not seeing it in your inbox!

Orders take 1-2 business days (not including weekends) to be processed, packed and shipped. Once USPS takes over, it's out of our hands to coordinate delivery, so we generally advise 5-10 business days, as USPS can be unpredictable.

Once a package has been tendered to the carrier, CBD Dog Health is unable to contact the carrier regarding any specific package or its shipping status
