Where is my order?

An automated email is sent once your order shipped with your tracking information. Unfortunately, automated emails sometimes end up in junk or spam folders and therefore easily missed. If you still do not see your email containing your shipping information after checking these folders, please contact a customer service agent via the Live Chat feature located at bottom, right hand side of your screen.
Live Chat customer service agents are available from 10am EST to 6pm EST, Monday through Friday.  You can still send a message after hours and an agent will contact you the next business day.
