Rewards on Subscriptions

Applying Rewards to Your Subscription

Please note: Applying rewards to your subscription using these methods will manually renew your subscription immediately. It will not apply to the next scheduled renewal.

You can apply your rewards in two ways:

Method 1: Apply Directly

1. Sign In: Log into your CBD Dog Health account.

2. Access Subscriptions: Click on the “Subscription” tab in your account settings.

3. Renew Subscription: Click the “Renew Now” button for the subscription you want. This will take you to the checkout page.

4. Select Reward: Use the drop-down box to choose the reward you wish to apply.

5. Apply Reward: Click “Apply” to use the reward.

6. Checkout: Complete your purchase as usual.

Method 2: Redeem Points First

1. Sign In: Log into your CBD Dog Health account.

2. Access Rewards: Click on the “Rewards” tab.

3. Redeem Points: Select the number of points you wish to redeem for a coupon code. Remember, your coupon codes begin with “YTP.” Once redeemed, you can also find this code under “Reward History.”

4. Copy Coupon Code: Copy the coupon code.

5. Access Subscriptions: Click on the “Subscription” tab in your account settings.

6. Renew Subscription: Click the “Renew Now” button for the subscription you want. This will take you to the checkout page.

7. Enter Code: Paste the coupon code in the appropriate box.

8. Apply Code: Click “Apply” to use the reward.

9. Checkout: Complete your purchase as usual.
