All of our products are formulated with a Full Spectrum Hemp Extract. Hemp is a legal classification that refers to varieties of the cannabis plant containing less than 0.3% THC. Hemp, with its high CBD content, is commonly used therapeutically, like our Full Spectrum Hemp extract tinctures and topical salves.
Hemp and Marijuana are varieties of the same cannabis plant species, simply different legal classifications, based on the amount of THC. Due to the different THC content, hemp and marijuana are regulated very differently under the law. Hemp, with its low THC content, is federally legalized, and legal in all 50 states.
