Can I return my order?

Once a consumable product has been opened, it can not be returned and resold for safety reasons.

However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your product to be eligible for a refund.

Please contact support@cbddoghealth.com with your order number, the reason for your request as well as the lot number printed on the bottom of your product for review by our Quality & Assurance Manager.

Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable.
