Can I return my order?

If your product is unopened, you have 30 days from the day you received your order to return it for a full refund. Once our fulfillment center receives your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Once a consumable product has been opened and used, it can not be resold for safety reasons. However, we are dedicated to making sure that you are satisfied.

Should you request a refund for an opened product, please get in touch with our support team within 30 days of your purchase at support@cbddoghealth.com with a reason for your request and the lot number printed on the bottom of your product for review by our Quality & Assurance Manager. 
 
If you have unused, opened products, consider sharing them with friends, and neighbors, or donating them to a local no-kill animal shelter. It's a great way to extend the benefits to others in need.

Please note that return shipping charges are non-refundable.
