Can I change my shipping method?

Unfortunately, we cannot alter the shipping method after the order is complete. A customer service agent can check the status of your order and possibly cancel the order (if it has not been shipped) so that you may re-order with a different shipping method.  Orders are shipped from Colorado. 

Refunds are issued 3-10 business days after cancellation, depending on your credit card issuer.
