Can I cancel my order?

A customer service agent can check the status of your order. If your order has already left the warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. You can refuse the delivery of your order. Once we receive the rejected order, you will be issued a refund for your purchased product(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Refunds are received in 3-10 business days, depending on your credit card issuer.
